Fall Fun

"Hey Dad, what are those things growing out of the sides of your head?" -- Ella

The kids are fascinated with sticking their fingers in my mouth

Peas and carrots outfits compliments of Grandma (and not approved by Daddy as sufficiently masculine enough for Alex)

Alex playing at the new activity table we picked up at our multiples group garage sale

"OK, Alex, I'm going to explain how this is going to work. You are going to move slowly away from the activity table and not come back until I tell you...." Ella

Helen is such a big girl - and the pictures on the table are not going to be safe much longer

Ella enjoys crawling into the bouncy seat and then either crawling out the back, getting all twisted up inside of it and crying, or turning around and crawling back out again

"Somebody please let me out of this loony bin!" - Alex

Ready to go for a walk!

Halloween is almost here so we had to wear our pumpkin outfits

We put up new gates and Helen has learned to live with them, but Ella is still convinced that even she cannot be contained by something as simple as a gate

On Saturday we took the kids to a neighborhood fall festival. They each took their chances with the bean bag toss. Alex got one in on the first try (with significant help from Mommy)

Helen got one in too

And of course Ella won a prize (a sticker) as well

Then we tried some cotton candy

Alex was all for it

Helen did not mind

Ella would have none of it

Then it was time to pick out our pumpkins - Mommy's rule: no pumpkins bigger than a baby

Mommy's little pumpkins!
